印度启动“SEHAT任务”，旨在整合农业与健康，保障营养安全
2026年6月21日，新德里 - 印度农业研究理事会（ICAR）与印度医学研究理事会（ICMR）于上个月联合推出了“SEHAT任务”（Science Excellence for Health through Agricultural Transformation），此举旨在通过农业转型促进健康，以期实现营养安全。
根据最新的第六次全国人口健康调查（2023-24年度）数据显示，印度约有19.7%的人口体重不足（低于正常标准）。同时，男性超重或肥胖的比例为27.3%，女性则高达30.7%。无论是体重过低还是肥胖，都反映了营养摄入存在问题。
在五岁以下的儿童群体中，情况尤为严峻。高达31.8%的儿童体重不足，29.3%的儿童存在“发育迟缓”（身高与体重比例不符），更有5.2%的儿童属于“严重消瘦”（身高与体重比例极低）。这些数据凸显了营养不良问题的普遍性，也为“SEHAT任务”的推进提供了重要依据。
